Why Muslims want Khilafa so bad? Heres a real story about the days of the fifth Khalifa Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz .. He ruled the muslims for 30 months. Umar ibn Abdul Aziz collected the Zakat money Charity in one of the years and the call went out for the needy and the poor to come and take money if they are in need in the Muslim ruled territories at that time ... not Iraq, Syria, Iran, Arabian peninsula. But from the Chinese borders right to the French borders left and from Siberias borders north to the Indian ocean south. The call went out by a decision of the Khalifa Umar saying Any poor in the Muslim land, should come to the house of the Muslims treasury to collect his Zakat None at that time came which indicated that in all the Muslim lands, there was no single poor human being in the muslim countries. either muslims or non. Umar AbdulAziz didnt have millions of petrol barrels or wells. and there was no foreign currency like the dollar nor exporting to US or Europe. there was no money outside either frozen or recruited for politics. but there was only credibility, loyalty, justice... There was literally no poor people in Umar ibn AbdulAzizs time ... not a single one!!!!!!!!!! money was left as it is .. Umar didnt know what to do with all this money left in the saving or banks .... but what he did is issued a very strict order... The order was sent out by a call from the workers in the Khilafa time for all the Muslims who have debts to be paid by the Khilafas banks!!!!!!! Umar the Imam of the believers and the Khalifa has paid all the debts of the muslims in all the mentioned muslim territories and still there was lot of money in the savings... Umar still didnt know what to do again with the money left? He issued another order to the Muslims and said whomever had a slave and wants to free him, he can get his freedom money from the Muslim money house or banks and free him for the sake of Allah. After that, All the slaves were free and there were no slavery left in his time. all equals arabs, foreigners, Muslims and non Muslims, black, brown and whites. and still the money was still left as it is... as if nothing was spent.
