Why Real Estates in Yangon are expensive always? Yangon, one of the most populated cities in the world, is being regarded as a city where real estate marketing is booming. To rent a house, average price goes to 150 USD per month. Do you know why? It is because of the following facts. Myanmar don’t have stock share market As Myanmar still don’t have stock share market, rich people always invest their money in real estate market. They buy more than two houses usually to invest. They may sell it or re rent it with high price. Most properties in Yangon are being bought by milliners. The most populated city Yangon is in top ten list of most populated city, where temporary workers and students from others region of Myanmar came to live too. It makes the city to be built many living buildings and business tower that are always expensive. To own a family size flat in center of downtown, it would cost above 50000 USD. Inflation Being a poor country, the government still cannot solve the problem of price uprising of goods, services and money. It also makes the value of every property to go up. Recently the government increased a little bit to the salary of citizen’s staffs. But the price of goods increased a little bit too. In the next five years, there we still don’t see any sign of properties’ price go down. The higher is the price, the more difficult for people in Yangon to survive. Beside Yangon, properties in other cities and areas of Myanmar are also going to be expensive. People are hoping the day of real estate’s price goes normal.
