Why Terrorism can’t be defeated ……! Armed forces who have been victim of mass criticism on “Missing Person Case” have been yelling time and again that these miscreants if handed over to civil administration and trailed through due course of law, can never be brought to justice since they are never convicted by our courts due to unknown reasons. In 2009, GHQ was attacked, aapprox 40 x individuals were taken as hostage. SSG conducted anti hostage operation and got those individuals released killing 2xsuicide bombers. However in the process 11x persons of Pak Armed Forces including 1x Brigadier, 1x Lieutenant Colonel, 2x Captains embraced Shahadat. Mastermind of this attack, Doc Usman (Worked as a compounder, store incharge and nursing assistant in the Medical Stores of Army Medical Corps) was caught red handed while trying to flee from GHQ in military uniform. Dr. Usman has a long history of crimes but remained unpunished and is likely to remain so. He was picked up by FIA in the bomb blast case at Marriott and the Surgeon General Mushtaq murder case but was acquitted by our courts. Individual after being released, attacked Sri Lankan Cricket team in Lahore and the GHQ in Pindi. This time he was picked up by the army and after preliminary investigations was handed over to police for further disposal. Ironically Judiciary again released them. But this time military reacted, and picked up all the culprits outside Adyala Jail once released by Judiciary. Cheap Justice gets furious on this illegitimate act of agencies on the pretext that once individuals were released by Judiciary, how military agencies can trail them and out of this fury summons Army Chief and DG ISI before him. DG ISI went to courts to put forth military point of view which was if judiciary is so scared to convict them, Army have provision to convict them through military courts. Hence Doc Usman after shedding so much blood finally got convicted for the first time through military courts after a lot of hue and cry from Cheap Justice as well as Media on Missing Person Case. These culprits were to be hanged on 23 Aug 13 in Faisalabad jail. Talibans threatened govt that if Doc Usman and his associates are hanged, they will take revenge by assassinating N League National and Provincial leadership. Consequently Mian Nawaz Sharif has postponed his death sentence. A mockery of Law, a mockery of Justice, first by Judiciary, now by Politician ……..! This shows how serious we are in eradicating menace of terrorism from our Pak Sar Zameen. May Allah, The Almighty Protect Pakistan - Aamin
