Why advisor is the commission-sales-industry code word for: I dont have an adviser license (the license that is spelled with an e, no kidding:), I dont have a fiduciary duty to care for my clients with undivided professional loyalty, I dont even have to sell products that are in their best interests, but I sure as hell am not going to tell them that.....so I will fake it with this non-licensed title: advisor (spelled with an o no kidding:) Securities Commissions helping #investment dealers pick your pockets?
