Why are they shaking with fear What the last 2 days have revealed - TopicsExpress

Why are they shaking with fear What the last 2 days have revealed to me is that the fanatical Islamists regard free thought and free speech more dangerous than Assad, his rhetoric and his army of killers and Shabiha. We are back to the days of the Inquisition. Burn the witches for they are in league with the devil. Only the witches this time are the fruits of reason and the deductions of logical thought which spring from an unwavering belief in the right of the individual to claim back his soul and choose. The victimized innocent witches are but the proclamations that instate the freedom of choice and freedom of belief. The amount of abuse heaped on the person of Yassin Haj Al Saleh was horrifying and unbelievable. There are all kinds of dirt but the dirt of collective abusive slander emanating from the sickness of fanaticism and extremism is one of the worst. What is it in a sane simple powerful idea that arouses such fear and panic in the darkness of minds that have never exercised the freedom to think for themselves? Is it that the eyeless demand that we are all to be blinded so that they might have peace and not consider their losses? I do not wish to live in or see a Syria such as they are planning to inherit. Perish the day. It would be a cursed day for all of us and specially for enlightened cognitive Islam. From the garbage house of Assad to the garbage house of ISIS and the like is almost like the end of humanity. Comment: lest anybody misunderstands me, I emphasize that all evil we are experiencing now stems fro the archetypal evil of the Assadi rule and legacy. The despotism, tyranny, hunger for power, manipulative exploitation of principles, beliefs and ideas and the suspension of the faculty of questioning and debating are almost identical. Fascism whether secular or religious is fascism. Plague on both their houses. Our Revolution will fight them both because it is a revolution for freedom, democracy, equality and the instatement of the Human Rights in a civil state.
