Why are things never simple? The hose faucet near the garage stripped the threads on the valve and wouldnt close completely. It kept leaking and I couldnt get it to stop so I took the valve apart and took it to Home Depot to get a replacement. We dont sell the stems, I was told. Youre gonna have to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipe, then youll have to cut it and replace the entire hose thats on the outside of the house. I dont have time for these annoying home repairs! This crap is for the birds....and Im no pigeon.
