Why are we surprised!!! Every day brings disappointment in our courts. Lives shattered by thugs and they have all the rights. How is this justice???. The errors of precedent keep repeating. If you give 3 judges the exact same evidence Im sure we will get 3 different outcomes. The only way we will change this is by the prosecutors appealing and the Appeals Court upholds the appeal and triples the sentence. That will set a new standard. Together our voices can be heard.
