Why are we trying to raise $12 million usd for the Cultural Complex? All it needs is a roof. Why not invest $12 million in the park so we can host international games. We have nepac for performing arts which is perfect, we dont need another performing art Centre. My advice is to invest in the park and leave the Cultural Complex or put a roof on it. Somebody please tell me something to make me think otherwise
