Later the boy asked his father why his mother seemed to cry for no reason. All mothers cry for no reason was all his dad could say. The little boy grew up, still wondering why mothers cry, so he finally put in a call to God and when he got Him on the line, God said, you see, stan, when I made mothers, they had to be special. I made thier shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the World. I gave themnthe inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that eventualy comes from thier children. I gave them a hardness that allows them to keep going when everyone else gives up, and to take care of thier families through sickness and fatigue without complaining. I gave them the sensitivity to love thier children under any circumstances, and no matter how badly they are hurt. This same sensitivity helps them share a sons or daughters teen age anxieties. I gave them a tearbto shed. Its thier exclusivelyto use whenever its needed. Its thier only weakness. Its a tear for man-kind.
