Why buy new pricey furniture when there is so much quality stuff at great prices out there. My budget dining area was done at a fraction of the cost. The Salvation Army farmhouse table was $50 and the metal chairs $100 - total $150 (plus a little paint.) Pottery Barn/ World Market would have cost over $1000. Take a second look at that old, dirty, dated piece... You will be amazed at what it can become!
