Why cant Southern people spell yall correctly? Did we all not learn contractions in 3rd grade? You put the apostrophe where you leave out letters. You all - leave out the ou put in the . NOT yall!!!!!!!!! I dont (look, I left out the o) know why this bugs me sooooo much, but it really, really does. I guess because folks from other regions make such fun of us for saying it, I just want them to realize it is a real contraction of 2 real words & actually stems from Old English. Ill step down from my soapbox now - but honestly, buck up Southerners!
