Why cant we have the same in Uganda? If You Get Drunk In Rwanda, The Police Will Drive You Home It’s really interesting how different countries handle drunkards. In USA, you could get days or months or face deportation – like popstar Justin Bieber did, in a way. In Kenya, they get exploited by police – due to greed and corruption. Or warned by Billboards reminding them that it’s the festive season. In Rwanda, it’s more interesting. You get taken home. Just get drunk and call the police line and the cops come and take you home; it’s better done that way than dying.
