Why companies dont call back.... -If your CV is not up to date -if you have a major time line gap from your last job to present in your Cv......what have you done in that time gap -if your references doesnt have land line numbers and have cell numbers only -if you have limited (little) personal information. -if there is no cover letter that describes you and what you can offer the organisation. SO INCLUDE -as much personal, educational and career information as possible -with each company you have put down on your CV......Make sure you give every single duty you performed in that company -include all achievements, trainings and make sure you have certificates or papers to back it up - make sure you include what your goal is in a short career objective -make sure you have land line numbers with your referees
