Why do I Relay? well today I am taken aback and greatly saddened at our beautiful world losing beautiful Casey Pings this morning. She is a member of our family on the Wisconsin side. So all i can do is offer my prayers and condolences to her Family, Friends and Renaissance Faire Family, and redouble our efforts to #FightBack against cancer. So this Saturday I will Relay for the honored memory of one more full-of-life, courageous and valiant person taken too soon by this insidious disease. If only because of the example of Caseys courage, independence and determined will-to-live Her Life to its fullest. God gave me the opportunity to be of service, and my job is to do the best I can… As my buddy Ryan taught us about We Relay For Life, and he said ….We have to make this year the best year ever Relay for Life; So No Other Child has to go through what I did…. I will walk a mile at Really for Casey and her family… Dear Casey, we will leave the light on for you, always.
