Why do animal control officers continue to pick up stray dogs in their teens knowing good and well there owners probably dont think to look at animal control! Someone please tell me why do they continue day after day night after night and weekend after weekend do they still pick these dogs up! If they are 16 they know they have to a home! Are they working by quota like the cops who write tickets? Someone please explain this!!! I hate animal control, no, I loathe animal control!!! To me they pick on the wrong dogs!!! Did I say I hate animal control!
