Why do most preachers live like rock stars and kings when a majority of their congregations are still barely living above the poverty line? Im not implying that that their day to day needs shouldnt be met, but...do preachers really need multiple luxury cars and private jets in order to spread Gods word? Even more perplexing to me, how can their congregations be ok with that? As a preacher you have to ask yourself, when you look at the humble and selfless way Jesus lived. Does my life resemble his..or is it closer to lavish rulers of the time that nailed him to the cross?
