Why do my online groups work? This right here is exactly why. I cant help feeling little bubbles of excitement when I see these posts in the group! WTG, K!! :-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Its the end of week two and I am so incredibly blown away by my results. I made peace this morning with my scale, something I never thought would happen. Ive worked my a$$ off for years running and in the past year Ive been doing beachbody programs. Slowly seeing results.... Slowly. Until I joined this group. I have felt very obligated to be accountable in this challenge. My eating has been dead on and Ive not missed a workout. I am down 7 lbs this morning from 2 weeks ago and 4 inches!! Thank you all for your support and for sharing your stories daily. I look forward to them every morning when I wake up. You guys are all beautiful amazing human beings!!
