Why do people accuse IS of being khawaarij? ==================================== People are different types in ths regard: 1) Secular & democratic Muslims - they call them khawaarij because IS are rebelling against democratic kufr regimes and call Barack Obama, David Cameron and their allies kuffar. 2) Madkhaliyyah, Jaamiyyah & similar fake salafis - because IS make takfeer on Saudi Regime and similar kufr regimes that rule by man made laws. 3) Pro Muslim Brotherhood & similar activitsts - because IS make takfeer on Morsi for ruling by man made laws 4) Murjiah - because they do not believe in takfeer in the first place and consider all takfeer to be khurooj 5) ignorant, non-practising Muslims - because they make takfeer on the shiah raafidah. 6) Reformist apostates - because reformists believe Shariah/khilafah is not perfect and their plans to create a new islam based on democracy has been foiled. 7) Mujahideen groups - because they are fighting IS & IS is fighting them so they are clouded in their judgement because of the fitnah. Also there may have been anecdotal incidents of takfeer which they felt were exaggerated (and could be so) - but then they generalised accross the entire state unfairly. It is possible for some people to have a combination of different categories above in one person including among the resistent groups e.g. some groups are openly pro-madkhali/saudi, others openly pro morsi, others openly pro democracy etc... ~ Abu Baraa
