Why do people work for Comcast? They obviously hate it there....they are the most rude people. But I blame management and the people at the top...they create and condone this behavior and set the tone. I was on the phone for 30 min switched from one dept to another when I was switched to a guy that asked me if I was a customer???? Yes I said, I have been on the phone for almost 30 min. and then he told me off...whoa, this is customer service??? I told him it was not my fault that the person that transferred me to him did not announce me or connect me to right dept. When I told him that I was not rude to him and would not accept this out of him he told me he was switching me to another dept....and guess what?? I was promptly disconnected!! Glad my business is not filled with jerks like him....cause he would have just gotten his pink slip!!!
