Why do so many of these children who are being medically abducted have genetic/mitochondrial presentations? Why has the mandated newborn screen been expanded to include up to as many as 50 screening tests, or more (originally it was just PKU) without parents being fully informed of all the implications of each test? Where is the transparency of the entire management of these test (storage of data, results, non reported results, etc) samples so that care provides can even attempt to provide material/information for informed choice? What is going on?
