Why do so many people on the front line of so many services...for example the doctors, hospitals have to become such little hitlers.......they seem to want to dictate to their clients when all they should do is their job? I went for a MRI of Brain today and took a copy of a result I had from a private MRI and thought it may be of use to the reporting radiographer. When I put my things in the locker., this person noticed the file I had in my hand and said to leave in there., I said what it was and she said they wont need it and only went on what information was on the referring form!!! I just made a light hearted comment and kept the report with me. When the Radiographer came out, I showed it to her and she was interested and took it to the Senior person who was doing the MRI and he took a copy....in my world and when I used work in the NHS ...any previous history or reports were relevant to any new investigations....so Im pleased they have it....I can do no more but it worries me how these minors are allowed to pretend they know what they are talking about and are very influential the general public.
