Why do some college educated people seem to have the approach that since they have their degrees, they: 1. Are done learning (when learning should never stop). 2. Think they know everything (nobody knows everything). 3. Think that everything they learned is unequivocally truth (Many agendas are taught by professors, and there are mistakes and lies in textbooks). 4. Believe that they learned how to think critically (but they were taught WHAT to think not HOW to think by questioning loose ends). They act like they cannot learn something from another person. Listen, most people on earth can teach you something. It is highly egotistical to think that another person cant give you something you dont know, just based on your unfair judgment of them. Not to mention its a dangerous way to think, because everything you dont know can and will be used against you. and people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6...Simply put, a wiser person will listen carefully and fairly to a person. Then question loose ends and research to find if it is truth (with no bias or agenda). A wiser person never ASSumes others cant bless them with knowledge they dont have, essentially shutting down the learning process. Rebuke a wise man and he will love you Prov 9:8
