Why do theists continue to think that our inability to prove a negative, or something subjective, is somehow a way for them to win the argument? You cant prove there is no god! You are just as capable of finding evidence as I am! You cant prove me wrong, and you cant say how the universe began, therefore god is real! I realize this is very close to what I talked about the other day, but it just continues to happen. We continue to have to combat the same logical fallacies. God of the gaps, argument from ignorance, and shifting the burden of proof. Over and over and over again. I dont know is a perfectly acceptable answer to a question. It does not imply that I have been cornered into acceptance of your ideas. It just means I am honest enough to accept my own ignorance. I am extremely open to discussion and debate, but please, please, for the love of god! come up with some new material. - Joss
