Why do we as consumers allow SDGE To continue holding us hostage with our power needs. They continue to be allowed insufficient power supplies by the PUC. Why should we have to be conserving power when they should tasked with building the supply to meet the ever increasing demands. We need to form a class action suit to stop them from paying share holder dividends until the meet the growing power needs without rolling blackouts and while still profiting at our expense…
