Why do we do heavy strength work?? First, because its one third (and the most important part) of the CrossFit equation and so you can all crush these occasional Wods we do at the normal weights of #95/#65. More strength equals better WOD performance... plain and simple. Happen to catch a glimpse of the legs of the CrossFit games competitors.... squats, squats, squats and explosive Olympic lifts.
