Why do we even have a Congressional Black Caucus? Did the members not receive any support from other races? Sounds like a libtard effort to keep race and division at the political forefront. Why not recommend an if you get someone pregnant - stay involved and take care of the kids czar, OR a get a job, and be a responsible citizen czar, OR a stay out crime and gangs to avoid killing or being killed czar OR a get and education and dont live off the system czar, OR just a plain old be a responsible citizen czar - notice how all of these apply to ALL races and do not further the racial agenda? If these things were done and responsible citizens and role models became the norm - the police would not need to do the unpleasant tasks placed before them! Get off the backs of LEOs and put responsibility back on the family upbringing and the individual!!!
