Why do we keep pushing forward? September is a significant month at Emmanuel. The church is busy with many things. New people, new ministries, new plans, new vision, the list goes on. In this whirlwind of activity, sometimes we get lost and start to ask, why are we doing this? Pastor Terry Kaufman reminded us that everything Emmanuel does centres around a relationship with God and the walking out of the calling we have received. God has not made a plan-B, we are His only plan. Each one of us must choose how we will respond to Gods calling and how we will feed our relationship with God. Your challenge this year: Think about how you can respond to Gods call in your life in practical ways. Maybe little things that you can do every day or week. Gods call is universal; its for everyone, are you ready to be launched? Scripture to remember: 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 Romans 5:11 Ephesians 4:1
