Mining will have same access to associated water as petroleum (CSG) currently has, the trade off is that mining will have to make good just like petroleum currently does. How dare you question make good seemed to be the response. Remarkably in the when the report was written recommendation 6 was to establish baseline data beforehand so make good would be more effective and there was an extensive point of clarification about make good based on what Joanne & Peter had said. Will it make it into the passed legislation? parliament started sitting again yesterday.
