Why do we see an institutional agenda to quantify veterans, laughably as a whole, incapable of possessing the responsibility and discipline to retain their 2nd Amendment rights? We live in a country of so many heroes which lead the way. Most are uncomfortable with the title and don’t know just how luminary they are in the eyes of those around them. Too many of our military heroes became so in the midst of grievous circumstance. Marcus Luttrell’s brothers in arms and fellow Navy SEALs, as well as other Special Operation Forces, are amongst a warrior class that serves in the shadows without need or desire for notoriety. Their superhuman acts seem to defy courage as we know it. Rarely do we ever have a chance to learn of that which they have been made to endure.
