Why do women dress in a provocative manner in the first place? Its to draw the attention of men, or in worst cases, other women. They want other men, or women, to crave their bodies,or gain attention to themselves. Could also very well be pride or vanity. Either way,when you dress in a manor where it plays on the temptations of others, you are in fact an accessory to sin. Women, dont flatter yourself into thinking its not sinful to dress so as to catch the eye of a struggling sinner. You mite just be making Jehovahs cup of mercy run dry, especially if you claim Christ as your Savior. He will put of with just so much before he puts you in your place oh Christian. Help your other brothers and sisters in Christ, not hinder them. Help them mortify sin, not conceive it.
