Why does the PAP-led government have to be so anal-retentive. Its the Internet, theres no need to create a secure online space for constructive…. When a government talk like that, laws will soon be enacted. Why govern something thats un-governable? Even Google with its technological prowness cant index everything in the Internet. Just do like what most webmasters does. Register with a social sign-on, award points for top commenters and generally ban some trolls, not all. The community will sort itself out and them trolls will just look stupid. Of course if you have an infestation of trolls, its good just to root them out. Happens to some tech blogs and forums from time to time. Top commenters, voted by the community, not by you government, get rewards. Just be creative about it. A personal tour of your office perhaps?
