Why doesnt the government form a high powered committee consisting solely of retired senior PIA OFFICERS with known integrity and task them to review the entire operation and submit its recommendations for improvement in the national carrier. Too frequent flight cancellations, increasing passenger complaints and dissatisfaction with on board service and falling revenues and image of the airline is a matter of national concern.
