Why donate to Al-khidmat Foundation Sindh Appeal for humanity Health treatment is a basic need of a lay man of country, government is responsible to provide basic health facility to general people as well as deprived and poor mass of country because people of country pay all tax to government but unfortunately situation is diverted, government does not provide any health facility, in government hospital and medical centers has no resources for a common man. Private sector is too much expensive and not reachable for a common man so naturally a big distance existed between government and people of country, Pakistan has 80 percent poverty and having 20 million populations. Pakistan has great resources but ruler are corrupt, they snatch right of a lay man to their bank accounts and maintained their life instead of a common man of country. While in this situation the non state actor including NGOs filled this distance, such as Alkhidmat foundation Pakistan is a big NGO of Pakistan having seven wings to serve humanity, In shape of disaster management, health, community services, jail relief, education, orphan care program and clean water project, these wings are covered whole needs of a common man of country, all facility is being provided to people in very low cost and reachable, some services are free for unprivileged people. This NGO is running with donations of philanthropists and their zakah. The network spread out all over country especially poor and rural areas are focused. Only in Sindh (health), there are 15 clinics, 3 medical centers, 1 complete hospital, 36 ambulances are busy to provide basic health facility to people of sindh especially in rural areas. 4 hundred thousand people are being benefited annually by mentioned resources.
