Why dont people like seeing Cassiopeia in Support lane? Ok Hear me out. I main Cass, and usually mid, but I find she is an awesome support. She has her drawbacks but I genuinely like to support with her, in a lane with an ADC with an escape, your basically unstoppable. In fact 9 out of 10 games, bot lane is pushed under their tower at 1/3 enemy health. Anyone saying, Oh her AoE skills will steal kills!, well the occasional AoE may kill a minion, but it is rare, and usually avoidable. Pros: Amazing poke, AoE slow, past 6 AoE stun on a short timer. Spelltheifs edge is made for her and is able to consistently keep it on CD while giving her much needed Mregen. Remember every Cass will eventually be getting a Rylais so all her skills deal slow. (slow stacks) meaning 2 AoE slows, 1Aoe Stun and 0.5CD slow. Amazing Early+Late game Cons: Squishy, a well placed grab (blitz) will kill her. only escape is an AoE slow until 6 lvl 5-6 a little mana hungry Usual build (debateable) is Spelltheif (1st back is Frostfang it for $) followed by ruby crystal into Sightstone, after which Rylais or Haunting Guise depending on how the game is going. I find Frost Queens Claim has enough mana regen to negate the grail, which means on a final build you are only out 1 item(for sightstone), but feel free to throw FQsC away when the time comes. And by far I am not saying to go Cass bot every game, theirs a time and a place for a squishy carry sup. But if you already have a tank top or jungle, I feel her skillset mixed with the items in game make her a Very Viable support. You can agree or disagree, but for me, in game it seems to work out quite well. So why so much resistance when I roll Cassiopeia Sup. Thoughts?
