Why in the H E double hockey sticks do I freakin procrastinate? OKkkk, whew...I have been petrified, thats why. To jump into unknown territory. I promised myself that 2014 is my year to get uncomfortably comfortable. I have done so many things this year that were outside my little bubble world. No matter how many I do...guess what? There is always going to be one more waiting in the wings. So today I sucked up my fear, adjusted my Big Girl panties and made a plunge. I feel sooooo much better now! Earlier this year, before I left my job, I felt this same feeling (only multiplied by about 1000) and it consumed me for so long. I am SO not perfect at this, but I am trying to be better at just jumping and building my wings on the way down. I have a tattoo on my arm that says, I just want to live while Im alive (thanks Jon Bon Jovi). The fear of the unknown can be all consuming. But doing the thing that scares you the most can also be the most empowering path that you can choose. I want to make Jon proud. :-) As I told my awesome BF earlier this afternoon, Its time to quit slackin and make shit happen.
