Why is Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk only available around Christmas? WHY..Come on How about for St. Patricks day too?.. sort of a black Irish thing maybe.. nothing else about that holiday is logical .. and there are a lot of black Americans with Irish bloodlines..yeah yeah thats a lot of logic for a pint of milk.. :) oh wait I forgot about the parade mess...WOW.. If you think about it in a very Ardelia way the idea of the Irish banning anybody from anything is really quite ridiculous. Did they forget that the Irishs and the Italians didnt get to be considered white in this country until around the late 60s early 70s ? hmm looks like I am going to have to wait till Christmas for a cup of Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk..darn...maybe I will look for a recipe ..We all know I dont accept defeat that easily ... ;) Happy Caturday from Hazel and Ardelia :)
