Why is it as soon as people start training they start eating like a sparrow,? Its become all ass about face,when you train you need fuel ,proper healthy muscle food and fuel and plenty of it.Trying to build muscle on a few grains of rice and a sprigg of broccoli really isnt happening.Right Im going to be a bodybuilder someone get me a tiny Tupperware box so I can fill it with bird food ! Then I can walk around knackered all day and talk about the perils of fats and carbs.! Duuuh
