Why is it so much intolerance comes from those who consider themselves left-wing / liberal? I used to consider myself left-wing / socialist and some of my views do still fit in that bracket. These leftist types seem to think they know best and your opinion doesnt count because it doesnt fit into their world view. These people actually in many cases oppose freedom of speech and attempt to close-down debate by name calling, smearing or turning up to a public meeting and making a load of noise to cause disruption. It seems those acting in this manner have been brainwashed and you having an opposing view conflicts with their programming!
