Why is it such a huge risk for government and business owners to give even more young professionals in Nigeria under 30 leadership roles? Do you agree that the absence of the attitude to build systems and institutions, thereby leaving so much at the whims and caprices of certain persons, remain the major reason for letting the mental energy and technological skills of these young people waste or swell the areas that we all complain about in our society? What we are losing seems more than what we are trying to protect.
