Why is it that Real Estate agents are the WORST at paying for - TopicsExpress

Why is it that Real Estate agents are the WORST at paying for commercial use of my images? Not that I have done a statistically sound survey, but of the types of companies I send invoices to, Real Estate agents NEVER pay. Instead they take down the image and pretend it never happened - not even an email to say sorry :( For example: elliekravets.wordpress/ wrote a nice blog post about San Francisco neighborhoods - which used to have a pretty picture embedded in it: elliekravets.wordpress/2013/02/05/three-hottest-neighborhoods-in-san-francisco-for-2013/ So I sent a nice letter and an invoice. Instead of a reply ... the image disappeared and I never heard anything back. She seems like a really nice person too.
