Why is it that the CEO of a non-profit receives absolute scrutiny for a high salary when CEOs of for profit entities make that 10 times over? There is a reason non-profits are still necessary, and that is they are not treated like a business. For a business to succeed and produce change, you must invest to see a return. I pose this question.
