Why is it that when you microwave eggs (Southwest style egg beaters- theyre amazing), the bowl heats up to approximately 1,374 degrees Celsius, yet the eggs remain runny and barely cooked? Even just by proximity youd think the stupid things would be done. Instead they sit there all runny and you think Ah, well, must not have heated up all that much, then pick up the bowl and lose about three layers of skin. Stupid microwave.
