Why is mindset so important when building your business and moving forward with your goals in life? Building your own business is NOT a 9 to 5 and even if you learn the skills necessary you may still run in to seemingly insurmountable obstacles. With the right mindset, an obstacle can be understood as nothing more than an unexpected opportunity to take responsibility, provide a solution, and gain the knowledge through experience for that particular situation or circumstance in order to move forward toward more progressing opportunities. Its a matter of changing your old conditioning, your old patterns of thought... If you can remember a time in your life that you seen, heard or read about someone that made you say, Damn, I want the successful business and life THAT person has! ...understand that its nothing more than your own rejected thoughts. Your once, seemingly worthy idea or goal, met with the how and continued to pile on reasons why you were not able to achieve that particular goal... and you end up telling yourself that its not realistic or obtainable. That this particular person must have been different or had some advantage. The difference between you and the person that has achieved what you want, is that they have gone after it... despite any opposing conditioning or patterns, despite the how... and Made It Happen! Driven by Purpose, they changed their conditioning. Remember, whenever you feel you cant do something, it means there needs to be a change in your old conditioning.
