Why is the Political Establishment in Washington DC openly promoting Evil with no hesitation? Both parties want their criminal enterprise, the Income Tax system, even if it destroys our economy and takes away our freedoms. This makes no sense to common people who pay taxes, grumble about the unfairness of it and try to live our lives without getting into politics. The problem is so bad that large corporations are seeking overseas partners to help protect their remaining corporate assets held overseas rather than return them to the US with its highest Income Tax in the world, 40%. And the so called Free Worlds government officials dont want US companies meddling in their affairs? Monday July 14th, 2014 the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported a story from England The UK Acts Tougher on Mergers. The UK Business Secretary Vince Cable said he intends to protect UK companies from foreign takeovers because of potential job cuts. He objects to the merger of the American company Pfizer to pay $120 billion for British company AstraZeneca and move their corporate headquarter to England. Is he crazy or what? A $120 Billion investment in England and the expertise of Pfizer moving to England is a bad thing? Tuesday July 15th. The WSJ reported that nineteen (19) US companies are seeking overseas partners and will pay $330 Billion for the opportunity to move to other countries. These 19 began their search last year and include most of the pharmaceutical industry in the US. Can any politician imagine the long term ramifications of our major drug companies leaving the US with that magnitude of capital and expertise? There are 14 merger plans underway already this year, a total of 33 companies planning to leave the US. The amount of capital involved is estimated at $1.86 Trillion. Wednesday July 16th. The WSJ reported that Obama (via Treasury Secretary Jack Lew) wants to limit US companies from merging with overseas partners. He said it was unpatriotic!! This is stupidity in government if you were ever looking for a perfect example. Even Republican lawmakers are considering joining the Democrat (Socialists) to stop the Inversion as they refer to it. Guess What? The companys executives are facing new laws to punish them for trying to protect their shareholder value. That is what they are supposed to do. Therefore they are accelerating their plans. The Exodus is picking up steam. Thursday July 17th. The WSJ published opinion pieces giving us hope there might be some sanity left in America, at least by writers of the WSJ. The Review and Outlook section published Jack Lews Flee America Plan. The article is well written, describes the problem and suggests a tax overhaul is in order to keep these companies here. The FairTax eliminates this entire problem. No need for US companies to leave because of our corrupt and evil Income Tax system. The FairTax fixes it. There is no Income Tax. Nobody in Washington D.C. or Wall Street wants to mention it. Never mind that 75 members in the House and seven in the Senate have co-sponsored the FairTax bill. Apparently when our elected Representatives and Senators step inside the Beltway its on another planet. They need the evil Income Tax system and they will destroy America just to keep it. Vote against any incumbent politician who will not advocate eliminating the Income Tax in the very next session of congress. THROW THE BUMS OUT.
