Why is the Supreme Court of the United States so secretive? They dont allow television or live audio. They dont announce their decisions, made behind closed doors, right away and it is often a year or more before the are publicly published. Justices are not held to the ethical standards of the executive or legislative branches. To say the least, our Supreme Court, the ultimate legal say-so concerning the Constitution, shows no sign of respect for its Freedom of the Press as they are media hostile. They exist on the working standard that the public doesnt have a right to know.
