Why is this happening so much today? Imagine this was your sister...how would you feel? Nobody deserves what happened to her...I dont care what she did or may have said. I believe poor training and improper screening is partly responsible for this abuse of power/authority....and yes, the taxpayers pay for it in civil court. So, let me ask you a question: why are we letting this happen?...anyone?
