Why is this interesting? Because it proves what man has realized: providing the basics can govern the needy. That is power. In the natural world, the fox might eat that same cat, and the eagle will eat the fox AND the cat. At some point, they started being fed without the whole hunt and kill stress thing. Now that their needs are being met, their natural issues are no longer as prevalent. So what happens if the home owner ONLY started to feed the cat and not the Fox or the Eagle? Well, the Cat would start to get chubby even as the other two began to get lean. Soon their stomach would start to scratch their backs and the friendship/ tolerance would be over. Treat one group better than another group and stoke animosity. But see its all perspective. Ive only told you about The Cat, The Fox, and The Eagle. Not once did I mention the warmth and security enjoyed by the homeowner who is throwing them scraps and controlling their belief systems.
