Why is touch the only range that cant be estimated? I understand theres no easy way to have 20 or 50 foot guides so they have to be estimated. But why do we have to actually be in contact with the person for a touch spell. Why cant I just be standing next to someone, obviously within range and cast? I personally dont have an issue with touching someones arm or shoulder or having the same done to me. But why is it a requirement?
