Why isnt life a bed of roses? Why do good things happen to bad people? Why do bad things happen to good people? Why does God allow people to murder, rape, rob, invent dangerous things, etc...? Would you feel better if God dictated every thought, word and deed? There are people who believe such; this is dangerous because it absolves them of all responsibility for every thought they have, every word they speak and every deed they perform. Every single answer to every single question is the same; within this temporal realm we live in, man has complete control, but not all are in control of their own lives or actions; and due to circumstances outside of our control, we have to adjust our thoughts and our actions. If everything in this life turned out to be the best for everyone concerned, why would anyone ever need to believe in; or call upon, some God out there? Without strength, there is no weakness. Without good, there is no bad. Without light, there can be no darkness. Without ups in this life, there could be no downs. Without success, there could be no failure. Without life, there can be no death. All things are one; this is simply the circle of life and is something we all endure. Why isnt life a bed of roses? It often is, or can be, but even those roses have thorns.
