Why it is important to understanding Marketing Plans. When I started MLM 32 years ago I was excited with the first company I saw and her marketing plan. In 6 years, I built a massive organization with over 100,000 downlines. I was a newbie and no one taught me how important it was to understand marketing plans then. I very quickly realize that something was wrong somewhere. My downlines and I were paid peanuts. My income at my peak was below USD3,000 and many of my leaders cannot even make ends meet. I left this company over 25 years ago and my organization in this company has gone on and today after 32 years has sponsored nearly one million distributors worldwide. What is right? The marketing plan for this company is written right. It is a proper MLM company where the emphasis is on a channel to sell products and not one designed to play the money game. What is wrong? The percentage or bonuses paid out by this company is too low. Actually one of the lowest in the World of MLM today. I then join a second company with one of the most amazing percentage or bonuses pay out. Even up to today, it is still one of the highest in the World of MLM. I spent 21 years in this company and build an organization that had sponsored nearly 3 million downlines in over 20 countries only to see it experience an abnormal attrition rate. What is right? The percentage or bonus paid out is one of the most generous in the MLM World. What is wrong? Several parts of the marketing plan are written wrong. Please do not ask me for details as “The Science of designing Marketing Plans” is a one-day training course. So please learn from my experience and diligently read anything I write on, “Understanding Marketing Plan” Just my advice.
